Before You Call
What to Do While You Wait for Us
The first few minutes after you discover water damage matter more than almost anything else in the whole process. If you can safely reach it, shut off the water at the source, whether that is a fixture's own shutoff valve or your home's main water valve, usually located near the street-facing side of the house or in the garage. Never step into standing water if there is any chance it is touching an electrical outlet, appliance cord, or panel. If the water is near anything electrical, leave the room and shut off power to that area at the breaker if you can do so safely from outside the affected space.
Once the immediate safety issue is handled, move anything you can lift out of the water, especially furniture legs, electronics, rugs, and personal items that are easy to salvage if they dry quickly. Do not run household fans directly over standing water, since that can spread contamination and push moisture into drier parts of the room. Then call us. We will ask a few quick questions to understand what kind of water we are dealing with, and we dispatch immediately for active emergencies.
How Fast We Respond
Response Times by Situation
Not every call is the same kind of emergency, and we prioritize accordingly. A burst pipe actively flooding a home or an active sewage backup is our highest priority, and we aim to have a technician on site within 45 to 60 minutes anywhere in our nine-city service area. A contained leak that has already been stopped, like a slow appliance leak you caught before it spread, is still handled same-day in almost every case, since trapped moisture can start damaging drywall and framing within 24 to 48 hours regardless of how the water got there. Non-urgent requests, such as a follow-up estimate for insurance purposes or a drying progress recheck, are typically scheduled within one to two business days at a time that works for you.
Where We Work
Our Water Damage Restoration Service Area: Ontario, CA and Beyond
We dispatch crews to Ontario and eight surrounding cities every week: Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Montclair, Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Eastvale, and Colton. That covers most of the western San Bernardino Valley and the eastern edge of Riverside County, from the foothill communities near the San Gabriel Mountains down to the flatter neighborhoods closer to the Santa Ana River corridor. If your address falls just outside this list, call us anyway. Depending on our crew's location that day, we can often still respond, and if we genuinely cannot reach you in a reasonable time, we will tell you honestly instead of taking the job and making you wait.
